Favorite Course = Wreckreator at Farragut. It is the first course I played, it offers a lot of variety and a challenge, and is super fun.
ReplyDeleteFavorite discs = Driver-Avenger (although I loved the predator I had but lost). Mid Range- the unbeatable Meteor. Putter- Aviar.
Favorite Hole = I love playing hole 2 at Corbin. My best drive landed with the frisbee directly under the basket. I like this hole because I can birdie it very consistently.
I started in the fall of 07 when the family got together for a campout at Farragut. I borrowed some discs to play that day and I was terrible. That year for Christmas Ginger got me a few discs to start out and the spring of 08 is when I actually started playing the bame with some regularity.
I try to practice throwing lots of different ways, because every hole needs something specific. I like to be able to throw whatever I need to. I drive backhand and forehand, depending on which way I want it to fade. I tomahawk throw on some narrow ones. I like variety.
Best Shot = Birdie. Still looking for the elusive Ace.
I really like the assortment of discs that I have right now, but If I were going to add one it would probably be something heavy with a lot of fade to play on windy days.
